TOFU DAY at the Dialogue Center

The festival is behind us, but that’s not the end of our multicultural story this year. On November 15, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., we invite you to Tofu Day at the Dialogue Center! FREE ADMISSION.

Tofu Day is a unique event dedicated to one of the most important and visible national minorities in Łódź. For years, the Vietnamese community has been contributing to the cultural landscape of the city, combining tradition and modernity, local and global elements.

In connection with Vietnamese Day, which was one of the events preceding the Łódź of Many Cultures Festival, we invite you to complete this unique meeting!

During Tofu Day, we invite you to a lecture on the project “Đậu phụ / tofu” and a screening of a film by Kinga Nguyen, an artist with Polish-Vietnamese roots, author of experimental documentaries, who is currently studying editing at the Film School in Łódź. The meeting will conclude with a workshop with renowned restaurateur Lili Tran, who will teach you how to prepare delicious tofu yourself! 🥢

As an incentive, we would like to remind you of the photo report from Vietnamese Day, which heralded the Festival, held in September at Fuzja.
