AMBIENT YOGA + BREAKFAST

Festival Centre

What is it about?

Morning with yoga and electronic music. ‘Ambient Yoga’ is an hour-long mindfulness practice led by Nicoletta Valenti from Lido Movement Studio, accompanied by an ambient set by DJ Bambi Uzi. Far from fashion and trends, ‘Ambient Yoga’ is a space to meet yourself and the environment of free expression through movement. After the exercises, there will be a communal breakfast of ‘Banica and aivar, or a Balkan-style breakfast,’ hosted by singer and actress Elina Toneva from the Chorea Theatre.

Participation in the breakfast is free of charge. Coffee, tea and sweets will also be available for purchase at Filiżana Cafe at the Dialogue Centre!

By whom?

Nicoletta Valenti – certified yoga teacher, co-founder of Lido Movement Studio in Łódź. In her practice, she combines movement with the search for authentic contact with the body and emotions.

Bambi Uzi – DJ and promoter associated with the Ravekjavík festival and the DrumObsession collective, author of the programme ‘The Bambi Uzi Show’ on London’s Aaja Music, specialising in ambient and bass soundscapes.

Who is it for?

The event is aimed at people aged 15+ who practise yoga, are interested in mindfulness and slow living, as well as lovers of electronic music. It is an offer for those who want to start the day with conscious movement, relaxation and community gathering.

Why is it worth it?

Ambient Yoga is not just a physical practice – it is an experience combining mindfulness, music and community. The combination of yoga and ambient music creates a space for calm and regeneration, and a shared breakfast allows you to prolong the morning atmosphere. It is a unique event where art and physical practice come together in one rhythm.
