MOJE GDYBY… JOANNA KULMOWA’S POETRY SET TO MUSIC BY GROSIAK AND LESSMAN
Concert for children (3+) and adults close to them
What is it about?
The poetry concert “Moje gdyby…” is a musical meeting with the poetry of Joanna Kulmowa – a poet from Łódź, who was able to speak to children with humor, tenderness and deep sensitivity. Poems by the author of the cult children’s book “Wio, Leokadio!” will be transformed into a sung story, interpreted by Natalia Grosiak, known from the band Mikromusic. Her warm voice and sensitivity will create a space where “tree-creatures,” children’s questions, curiosity, and a longing for carefree joy and play come to life. Lessman’s musical arrangement, combining jazz, electronica and alternative music, will give the meaning of Kulmova’s poems a contemporary twist. “Moje gdyby…” is an ambitious, but accessible to everyone, journey into the world of modern sounds and timeless, childlike imagination
By whom?
Natalia Grosiak – singer, songwriter, leader of the band Mikromusic. Known for her distinctive voice and emotional interpretations, she combines jazz, pop and alternative music.
Lessman – composer, arranger and music producer. He creates at the intersection of jazz, electronica and experimental music. In his projects for children he focuses on imagination and modern sound.
Who is it for?
- for preschool and early primary school children aged 3 and up.
- for families
- for parents, caregivers, teachers, and everyone who values meaningful art for young children.
Why is it worth it?
This is not just a concert, but also a meeting with the spoken word, music, and imagination. The poetry of Joanna Kulmowa – wise, playful, and moving – takes on a new musical form, becoming an invitation to conversation, reflection, and a shared cultural experience.
